The Waldesblick breakfast buffet

At Waldesblick, the day begins with a generous breakfast buffet that truly leaves nothing to be desired. Hearty, sumptuous or light. Everyone gets their money’s worth here.

In a quiet and cosy atmosphere, we ensure that your day always gets off to a good start.

By the way: we deliberately avoid using portion packs for breakfast in order to prevent unnecessary waste and thus CO2 emissions.

Coffee specialities, tea and cold drinks

In terms of beverages, we offer classic filter coffee and numerous freshly brewed coffee specialities, such as latte, cappuccino and espresso. In addition, we offer 10 high-quality organic teas from Samova. Fans of cold drinks will get their money’s worth with our selection of different fruit juices and mineral water. We also provide hot chocolate and milk, not just for our younger guests. Of course, we always offer a plant-based alternative to milk!

The sweet corner

If you enjoy a sweet breakfast, our breakfast buffet offers a selection of cakes, brioche and croissants, along with nut nougat cream, peanut butter and honey from the neighbouring village. Our fruit spreads are all homemade from our own organic fruit and all have a fruit content of 60 to 80 per cent.

Genuine artisan cookery takes centre stage with us. Harvesting the fruit by hand directly from the tree or bush, then sorting it by hand before cooking and stirring it in small quantities in the pots.

Our special muesli corner

We have set up a special muesli corner for friends of conscious and healthy cuisine. You can crush your favourite muesli from 4 types of organic cereals (spelt, wheat, oats and buckwheat) fresh every day with our flaker. A large selection of ingredients complements the fresh flakes: quinoa, amaranth, sesame, chocolate and coconut flakes, almonds, dried fruit, a nut mix and various syrups allow you to get creative.
Another speciality is our home-dried fruit! Freshly dried for you in our dehydrator without chemicals or other ingredients.
Cornflakes, nougat bits and chocolate chips are also available.
Refine your muesli with milk, vegetable drink, quark, fruit yoghurt or soya yoghurt. There is also fresh fruit.

The savoury part

Do you prefer your breakfast savoury and hearty? Even then we have the right offer for you. Choose from different types of bread and rolls. Also between butter, margarine and cream cheese. There are also all kinds of sausage and ham specialities as well as smoked salmon.

Of course, there is also a selection of hard and soft cheeses, as well as cold cuts of Emmental, Gouda or Grünländer cheese.
Enrich your snack with colourful and vitamin-rich cucumber, peppers and tomatoes.
In our warm corner you can enjoy boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and fried bacon.

Bread and rolls

Sandwich toast, croissants, pretzels and various types of bread rolls – baker’s rolls, multigrain rolls, pumpkin rolls, sunflower rolls and potato rolls – a varied selection awaits you.
In addition to bread from regional bakeries, we also offer homemade sourdough bread made according to our own recipe.
