Sauna
There is probably nothing more relaxing and healthier – than a sauna!
The original purpose of the sauna (also called Finnish bath) was a thorough cleansing of the whole body. In Finland it is said that “women are most beautiful after a sauna.”
In our seemingly ever faster moving world, numerous diseases are stress related.
Saunas have a positive effect on the circulatory system, the respiratory system and it is proven that sauna sessions strengthen the immune system. Due to the increased sweating, the pores of your skin will be cleansed and your body detoxified.
You have a couple of days off – why not enjoy our solid wood sauna? Ideal for beginners to try out.
With us, you can choose whether you want to use the sauna at 60 °C, 80 °C or 95 °C. It is also up to you whether you want to use the sauna ‘as God created you’ or in swimwear.
Between sauna sessions, you can relax in the relaxation room and let your thoughts wander…
Please note that children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the sauna, except for exclusive bookings.

Sauna rates
The sauna is available to hotel guests at a price of € 5 per person.
Please take into account that the sauna requires about 45 minutes of heating time. Sauna- and bath towel are waiting for you. We can provide you with a bathrobe for the duration of your stay upon request for a usage fee of €5
Refreshments, in the form of water and tea, are available. If you would like other beverages, you can order them at reception.
Would you like to have exclusive use of the sauna during your stay at the hotel? That too is possible!
3 hours, from 2 persons. € 15 per person.
Of course, you can also enjoy our sauna even if you are not a guest at the hotel.
Includes water and tea, but no sauna or shower towels or bathrobes.
Minimum 2 people, per person £ 18.
Sauna times:
Thursday to Tuesday, 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Closed on Wednesdays
